Ulcinj is no. 4 by overnight stays (1,509,750, 9.8% of all in the country) and has the most camp sites in Montenegro: 264 of 639. Of 48 collective accommodation establishments, 32 have 4 or 5 stars (66.7%), and 21 are hotels with 3,896 beds. Foreign guests make up 94.7% of arrivals.
Ulcinj has the highest share of dwellings for seasonal use among the eight cities in these samples: 47.1% of 24,793 dwellings (11,669). Only 39.8% of the dwellings are used for permanent housing, and with 20,507 residents there are more dwellings than residents.
