Many dwellings, few open questions.
According to the 2023 Census, Montenegro has around 89,000 dwellings for seasonal use, more than one in five dwellings in the country (Monstat). Whoever lets competes with many offers, and the guest decides by photos, price and free dates.
Montenegro counted around 2.73 million tourist arrivals in 2025 (Monstat). Individual accommodation, that is private rooms and apartments, accounted for about two thirds of overnight stays (Monstat). Whoever lets guests book directly saves the portal commission.

The guest does not see the price
Prices by season, cleaning, tourist tax and deposit are often a puzzle. The live price in the calendar shows the total for the chosen stay before the guest writes.
Comparison only on the portal
Guests compare apartments side by side. With a filter and comparison on your own site they stay with you instead of choosing on the portal.

How much does a holiday apartment website cost?
The Motion package starts at €999 + VAT, Motion + Booking with a calendar from €1,350 + VAT. You get the exact price for your number of apartments and pages in writing before we start.
Can the calendar be in sync with Airbnb or Booking.com?
In the example the calendar is a demo with sample data. Whether and how we match a calendar with a portal depends on the portal's interfaces. We clarify this beforehand and agree scope and price in writing.
Can I offer online payment?
On request, through a payment provider of your choice. We agree scope and price beforehand.
What about prices, tourist tax and data protection?
Prices, taxes and tourist tax have to be stated clearly and correctly for the guest, and enquiries contain personal data. We recommend having the wording and the privacy notice checked by a lawyer.
Are the photos and the film in the example real?
No. Photos and film in the example are AI-made illustrations and do not show real apartments. For your website we use your photos or create them together with you.
Do I need a company for this?
Not for the website itself. Letting is subject to the rules in Montenegro, which you should clarify with the competent authority or an accountant. We do not give legal advice.
Is the website mine?
Yes, the site belongs to you. The first year of hosting and the company e-mail are included in the Motion and Motion + Booking packages.
