Business automation: everything that gives you time back.

Customers write in foreign languages, enquiries arrive from everywhere, and bookings, quotes and figures eat your evenings. We build the automations that take this off your hands, made to your wishes. Here you see each one in an example.

  • Translate messages, filter enquiries, book appointments
  • WhatsApp, AI assistant, quotes and reports
  • Amazon sellers: analytics, stock, prices, ads

We agree scope and price in a personal conversation, because every automation is built to your wishes. You find our packages under Prices.

Chapter 1

Communication and enquiries

Customers write when and how they like. You only get what really moves you forward, in your language.

Communication · 01

Translate messages automatically: customers write in their language, you read yours

A customer writes in German, English or Polish. You see the message in Montenegrin and reply in your language. The reply goes back translated.

The problemIf you have customers from several countries, you lose time with dictionaries and translation apps, or you do not reply at all.

How it works
  1. The message arrives via WhatsApp, e-mail or form.
  2. It is recognised, translated and saved together with the original.
  3. You reply in your language, the customer reads the reply in theirs.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A guest from Germany asks about an appointment. You see the question in Montenegrin, type your answer, and the guest reads it in German.

Good to know

These are machine translations. Important commitments such as price or appointment you check before sending. The messages go through a translation service that we agree with you beforehand.

Common questions
How accurate is the translation?

For everyday sentences usually easy to understand, with technical terms and numbers not error-free. You always see original and translation and can step in.

Which languages work?

Montenegrin, German, English and other common languages, depending on the service. We agree in advance which ones you need.

Sample: message and reply in two languages
Communication · 02

Lead qualification form: filter enquiries so only suitable prospects reach you

A form asks in advance the questions that decide whether it fits. Suitable enquiries come to you, the others automatically get a friendly reply.

The problemIf you get many enquiries, you answer many of them in vain, for example in real estate when someone only wants to look.

How it works
  1. The prospect answers short questions: purpose, budget, timeframe.
  2. The answers are rated by your rules: fits, unclear, unlikely.
  3. Suitable enquiries reach you at once, the others get a polite reply with pointers.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

An agent gets enquiries about flats. Anyone who wants to buy and names a budget appears at the top. Anyone who only wants holiday pictures gets a friendly note.

Good to know

You set the rules. We build nothing that rejects enquiries without your knowledge: you see all ratings and can open every enquiry anyway.

Common questions
Who decides what fits?

You do. We take your criteria into the form and the rating.

Do I lose real customers this way?

Unclear cases do not go in the bin but into a separate list that you can look at.

Sample: form with rating
Communication · 03

Online configurator and quote request form: everything done in advance, without a thousand questions

The customer chooses, uploads plans or photos and names a preferred date. You get a ready enquiry package instead of a chain of follow-up questions.

The problemThe same questions come back again and again: size, place, date, price range. Every answer costs time before there is even a job.

How it works
  1. The customer clicks through size, options and preferred date.
  2. They upload a plan or a photo and see a summary.
  3. You get everything bundled by WhatsApp or e-mail and can make a quote right away.
Example: pool sample →
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

In our pool sample the customer chooses shape and size, uploads a plan of the plot and names a visit date. The summary reaches the company in one package.

Good to know

Prices in the configurator are guide values that you set. Only your quote is binding.

Common questions
For which industries does this fit?

Wherever many details are needed before the quote: pools, building, custom furniture, workshops, removals.

Can the customer upload files?

Yes, for example plans and photos. We agree in advance where they are stored.

Sample: enquiry package with summary
Communication · 04

WhatsApp Business automation: confirmations, reminders and replies by themselves

WhatsApp sends confirmations, reminders the day before and answers to standard questions, even at night. Everything important it passes on to you.

The problemTyping the same messages by hand again and again costs time every day. And whoever writes at night waits until the next morning.

How it works
  1. An appointment, an enquiry or a question triggers a message.
  2. WhatsApp replies with an approved template, for example a confirmation or opening hours.
  3. If it is about more, you get the conversation with all the details.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A customer books for Tuesday. They get a confirmation at once, a reminder on Monday and can confirm with “1” or cancel with “2”.

Good to know

For this you need WhatsApp Business. Meta requires an approval with templates and your customers' consent for automatic messages. We set up both with you.

Common questions
Do I need a new number?

Usually not. We check whether your business number is suitable and tell you what to do.

Can I still write myself?

Yes. You take over the conversation at any time, and the automation then holds back.

Sample: chat with automatic messages
Communication · 05

AI chatbot for your website: answers common questions around the clock

An assistant on your website or in WhatsApp answers questions about prices, opening hours and process, in the customer's language. What it does not know it hands over to you.

The problemMany questions are always the same, but arrive at every hour of the day and night. Whoever does not get an answer straight away asks elsewhere.

How it works
  1. You approve what the assistant may know: prices, hours, process, answers.
  2. It answers only from that and in the customer's language.
  3. For anything else it hands over to you and tells the customer that you will be in touch.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A guest asks in the evening whether you are open on Sunday. The assistant answers with the opening hours and offers an appointment. If they ask for a discount, the question is passed on to you.

Good to know

The assistant points out that the customer is writing with an AI. It invents nothing: what is not in your details, it does not answer.

Common questions
Can it be wrong?

It answers only from your details. Mistakes mostly arise when details are out of date, so we maintain them together.

What about privacy?

We agree in advance which data goes where and point customers to the AI in the chat. We recommend a legal review of the texts.

Sample: chat with AI assistant and handover to you
Communication · 06

Voice messages to text: no more listening

Voice messages and calls are turned into text and briefly summarised. You read in seconds what used to cost minutes of listening.

The problemVoice messages are quick to say but slow to listen to, especially on the go or in a noisy place.

How it works
  1. The voice message arrives via WhatsApp or voicemail.
  2. It is captured as text and summarised in two sentences.
  3. You see text, summary and, if you wish, a translation.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A customer speaks on WhatsApp: they need an appointment on Friday for the brakes. You read the summary with the call-back number and enter the appointment.

Good to know

Recognition is not error-free with dialect, noise and technical words. The original is always available. Recordings are processed only by agreement and with consent.

Common questions
Does it work in Montenegrin?

We check this for your language and your service on real examples beforehand, before we promise it.

Can calls be recorded too?

Only if all parties agree and it is legally fine. We clarify that with you.

Sample: voice message, text and summary
Communication · 07

All enquiries in one place: a unified inbox for form, WhatsApp, Instagram and e-mail

Enquiries from forms, WhatsApp, Instagram and e-mail appear in one list with a status, a simple unified inbox that suits a small business. You see what is new, what is answered and where your customers come from.

The problemEnquiries are spread across several apps. One gets lost, one is answered twice, and nobody knows which channel really brings customers.

How it works
  1. All channels come together in one list.
  2. Every enquiry gets a status: new, answered, appointment, quote.
  3. An analysis shows where your customers come from.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

In the morning you see four new enquiries: one from the form, one from WhatsApp, one from Instagram and one by e-mail. Next to it you see which channel brought the most customers this week.

Good to know

We connect only the channels you approve. The list is a tool for you, not a replacement for talking to the customer.

Common questions
Which channels can I connect?

Form, WhatsApp Business, e-mail and Instagram are the usual ones. We discuss others in the conversation.

Do I need a CRM for this?

Not necessarily. The list is deliberately simple. If you use a CRM, we connect it.

Sample: incoming enquiries from all channels
Chapter 2

Appointments and processes

Book, remind, follow up: so fewer calls are made and fewer things are forgotten.

Appointments · 08

Online appointment booking with calendar: fixed slots, no double bookings

Customers choose a free slot online. It lands in your calendar, there are no double bookings, and cancellations run via a link.

The problemAgreeing appointments by phone and message costs time, and gaps and double bookings arise between the calls.

How it works
  1. You set times, duration and breaks.
  2. The customer chooses service, day and time, optionally with a photo or note.
  3. The appointment appears in your calendar, the customer gets a confirmation and a calendar file.
Example: workshop sample →
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

In our workshop sample the customer chooses service, day and time, adds a photo of the fault and gets a calendar file. The workshop sees everything in one place.

Good to know

We connect your calendar (for example Google or Apple) in both directions, as far as the provider allows.

Common questions
Can the customer cancel the appointment themselves?

Yes, via a link in the confirmation. The slot then becomes free again.

Does it work for several staff members?

Yes. Each staff member gets their own times, and the customer chooses a person or “anyone”.

Sample: weekly calendar with free slots
Appointments · 09

Automatic appointment reminders, follow-ups and reviews: fewer no-shows, more recommendations

Customers get a reminder before the appointment, a follow-up after it and a request for a review. Even a quote that nobody answers gets a friendly follow-up.

The problemForgotten appointments cost money, and satisfied customers rarely write a review on their own.

How it works
  1. The day before, a reminder goes out by WhatsApp or e-mail.
  2. After the appointment, a short message asks how it went.
  3. Every customer gets the link to your Google profile, with a request for an honest review.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A customer receives a reminder the day before and, the day after the visit, a message with thanks and a request for an honest review. You see critical replies right away and can respond personally.

Good to know

Reviews must not be bought or steered. We ask all customers for an honest review, regardless of the outcome. Messages need the customers' consent.

Common questions
Does this reduce no-shows?

Reminders usually help to avoid forgotten appointments. We cannot promise you a figure.

Can I set the texts myself?

Yes. We write suggestions, you approve them.

Sample: sequence from reminder to review

Status tracker for customers: follow an order, repair or delivery

The customer sees which phase their order is in and gets a message for each phase. In a breakdown, one button sends their location.

The problem“Is my car ready?” or “Where is my delivery?” are calls that interrupt the work.

How it works
  1. You move the order to the next phase, with one click or by message.
  2. The customer gets the message and sees the status on one page.
  3. In a breakdown, a button prepares a message with the location.
Example: workshop sample →
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

In our workshop sample a repair tracker runs through five phases from Received to Ready. In the sample the location message goes to Alavija.

Good to know

The location is only sent if the customer agrees, and it is not stored. We agree the connection to your workflow beforehand.

Common questions
Does this work only for workshops?

No, also for deliveries, custom furniture, renovations or repairs of all kinds.

Who sees the location?

Only you, and only after the customer's click.

Sample: five phases and location
Chapter 3

Quotes and money

From the quote to the payment, a lot runs by itself.

Quotes and money · 11

Automate quotes and invoices: the enquiry becomes a PDF

From the details of the enquiry a quote is created as a PDF, after acceptance the invoice. A friendly payment reminder runs automatically.

The problemWriting quotes and invoices by hand costs evenings, and a forgotten invoice is lost money.

How it works
  1. The details of the enquiry flow into your quote template.
  2. You check and approve, the PDF goes to the customer.
  3. After acceptance the invoice is created, open items are reminded in a friendly way.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

An enquiry for a pool comes in. From size and options a quote is created as a PDF, which you check briefly and send with one click.

Good to know

Mandatory details on invoices and quotes depend on your country and company. We build your templates with your details, and we recommend that your accountant checks them.

Common questions
Can I change the quote before sending?

Yes. You approve every quote before it goes out.

Does it connect to my accounting?

Depending on the programme, yes. We clarify in the conversation which one you use.

Sample: quote as PDF and invoice

Online payment and live price: direct booking instead of a portal

The customer sees the price at once, by season and with extras, and pays directly through the payment provider of your choice. A calculator shows what is left for you compared with a portal.

The problemWorking out prices by message takes time, and portals earn on every booking.

How it works
  1. The customer chooses period and service and sees the total price at once.
  2. They enquire or pay directly, if you offer online payment.
  3. You see the booking in one place, and the calculator shows the advantage over the portal.
Example: hotel sample →
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

In our hotel sample the price changes at once with room, season, guests and tourist tax. A calculator shows what is left with a direct booking compared with the portal.

Good to know

Online payment runs through a payment provider of your choice. We agree scope and costs in advance. Prices and taxes should be checked legally.

Common questions
Which payment methods work?

That depends on the payment provider you choose. We advise you on what suits your country.

Do I have to offer online payment?

No. Many start with enquiry and confirmation and add payment later.

Sample: price breakdown and payment
Chapter 4

Analysis

Figures that someone explains to you, instead of tables you have to build yourself.

Analysis · 13

Automated business reports and AI analysis: ask your figures in everyday language

Every morning or week a short report arrives by WhatsApp or e-mail. And you can ask questions like “Which day was strongest?”, and the AI answers from your data.

The problemFigures sit in tables and programmes. If you do not look at them every day, you spot trends too late.

How it works
  1. We connect the sources you approve: enquiries, appointments, sales.
  2. A report summarises what has changed.
  3. You ask questions in everyday language and get an answer with a chart.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

On Mondays a report arrives with enquiries, appointments and revenue of the week. You ask which day was strongest and get the answer with a suggestion.

Good to know

The AI answers only from the data you approve and shows the figures behind it. It does not replace tax or financial advice.

Common questions
Which data can I connect?

Form, calendar, sales data and other sources that offer an interface. We clarify this in the conversation.

How safe is my data?

You grant access yourself and can withdraw it. We agree in advance which services process the data.

Sample: weekly report and question
Chapter 5

Visibility

Content is created and published without you thinking about it every day.

Visibility · 14

Automate social media: videos, captions and replies

From your photos and clips, videos, captions and posts are created and appear at set times. Comments and messages get reply suggestions.

The problemSocial media needs regularity, and that is exactly what is missing in everyday life. Then the channel stays empty.

How it works
  1. You send material: photos, clips, keywords.
  2. Videos, captions and a publishing plan are created.
  3. You approve, posts appear at the planned time, replies arrive as suggestions.
To the app Projekt X →
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

From a clip of your work a short video with text is created, planned for Monday at 6 pm. A comment gets a reply suggestion that you approve.

Good to know

We label AI-generated content where necessary. The approval always lies with you. Our app Projekt X shows how this can look.

Common questions
Does everything get published without me?

Only what you approve. On request we approve fixed formats permanently.

What is Projekt X?

Our app for videos, captions, posts and replies. You see it under Apps on the home page.

Amazon sellers

AI analysis and automation for Amazon accounts: sales, stock, prices, ads, customers. Everything according to the permissions of your account.

Amazon · 15

Amazon seller analytics: profit, sales and traffic with AI

A report shows revenue, fees, advertising and profit every day. You ask in everyday language which products are losing margin and get an answer from the data of your account.

The problemAmazon figures are spread over many reports. If you want to know the real profit per product, you calculate for hours.

How it works
  1. You grant access to your seller account.
  2. Via the official interfaces we fetch sales, traffic and cost data.
  3. The AI summarises, flags anything unusual and answers questions.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

You ask: “Which products are losing margin?” The answer names two products with rising fees and a high share of advertising.

Good to know

Which data is available depends on the roles and permissions of your account. For brand analytics, brand registration with Amazon is sometimes required.

Common questions
Which interfaces do you use?

Amazon's official Selling Partner API, including sales, traffic and economics data.

What do I need for this?

An active seller account and your approval. We set up the access with you.

Sample: profit report [invented figures]

Amazon FBA inventory monitoring: stock alerts and reorder suggestions

You see how long your stock lasts and get a warning before something sells out. The reorder suggestion is calculated from your sales.

The problemA sold-out product loses ranking and revenue. If you check stock only now and then, you notice too late.

How it works
  1. We read stock and shipments via the interfaces.
  2. From the sales we calculate how many days the stock lasts.
  3. You get warnings and a suggestion of when and how much to reorder.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

Product B lasts only [9 days] more. You get a message with the suggestion to reorder [200 pieces] before it gets tight.

Good to know

The suggestion is a calculation from the past, not a guarantee. Lead times and season you enter as rules.

Common questions
Does this also apply to stock outside Amazon?

Yes, if you provide the stock levels via an interface or spreadsheet.

How often is it checked?

As often as you like, for example daily. We respect the limits of the interface.

Sample: stock with warnings [invented figures]

Amazon price monitoring and Buy Box: keep the competition in view

You see the prices and offers of the competition and are notified when you lose the Buy Box or someone becomes much cheaper.

The problemThe Buy Box decides many sales. If you see price changes only by chance, you react too late.

How it works
  1. We read price and offer data for your products.
  2. You set rules, for example “tell me if someone goes below [€19]”.
  3. On a hit you get a message with a suggestion.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A competitor lowers the price below your limit. You get a message with the figures and a price suggestion that you approve or reject.

Good to know

We change prices only after your approval. Automatic price rules we set with you and test in advance.

Common questions
Does this change prices by itself?

Only if you explicitly want that and set the limits. The standard is a suggestion for approval.

Do I also see promotions?

Yes, as far as the interface provides them.

Sample: price trend with Buy Box note [invented figures]
Amazon · 18

Amazon review analysis: sentiment, topics and reply suggestions

From reviews and returns, summaries are created: what customers love, what bothers them, what comes back. Reply suggestions for customer questions come with it.

The problemIf you read hundreds of reviews, you find patterns only with a lot of time. Problems often show up late.

How it works
  1. We read insights from reviews and returns via the interface.
  2. The AI groups them by topic and shows the sentiment.
  3. You get hints and reply suggestions that you approve.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

The summary shows that [10%] of the feedback criticises the packaging. You get a hint and a reply suggestion.

Good to know

Reviews must not be influenced or bought. You send replies to customers after approval, and they must comply with Amazon's rules.

Common questions
Which data is available?

That depends on the account. In the conversation we show what Amazon provides to you.

Does the system reply on its own?

No, only with your approval.

Sample: sentiment and topics [invented figures]
Amazon · 19

Amazon Ads optimization: find ads that lose money and shift budget

The analysis shows which keywords and campaigns make a profit and which cost money. You get suggestions to pause or to shift budget.

The problemAds on Amazon often just keep running. Ads that cost more than they bring do not stand out.

How it works
  1. We read campaign and report data via the advertising interface.
  2. The AI flags keywords with a poor ratio of cost to sales.
  3. You get suggestions and decide what is adjusted.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A keyword has a cost ratio of [64%] against a target of [18%]. The suggestion: pause it and put the budget on the best keyword.

Good to know

Access to Amazon's advertising interface runs via approvals and a partner programme of Amazon. In the conversation we explain what is possible for your account.

Common questions
Does this change the budget by itself?

Only on your request and within limits you set.

For which ad types?

That depends on the interface and your account, for example sponsored products and brands.

Sample: campaigns with hints [invented figures]

Amazon buyer messages: automation that replies in several languages, with your approval

Buyer messages are translated, sorted and given reply suggestions. You approve before anything goes out.

The problemBuyers from several countries write in their own language. Replying costs time, and late replies harm the account.

How it works
  1. The message is recognised and translated.
  2. The AI suggests a reply that fits the order and its status.
  3. You check, approve, and the reply goes out in the buyer's language.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A buyer asks in German where their order is. You see the question and the order status and approve the reply suggestion with one click.

Good to know

We follow Amazon's rules for buyer messages. Access to buyer data is restricted and needs the right permissions.

Common questions
Which languages work?

The common languages of the Amazon marketplaces, depending on the translation service.

Can it send automatically?

Only for fixed cases and with your explicit approval.

Sample: buyer message with reply suggestion
Amazon · 21

Amazon listing translation and maintenance: titles, descriptions and A+ content

Titles, bullet points and descriptions are created as a suggestion in several languages and, after your check, transferred to your account.

The problemMaintaining listings for several marketplaces in several languages costs time, and small mistakes go unnoticed.

How it works
  1. You supply product data or grant access to existing listings.
  2. The AI creates texts in the languages you want as a suggestion.
  3. After your check they are transferred via the interface.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A product has a German title. You get suggestions in English and Montenegrin, check them and transfer them with one click.

Good to know

Amazon has rules for titles and content. We check suggestions against them, the final responsibility lies with you.

Common questions
Are texts changed without checking?

No. Everything goes into the account only after your approval.

Does this work for images too?

Texts and data yes. Images we discuss individually.

Sample: product text in three languages

Amazon shipping, tracking and payouts at a glance

Shipments, delivery status and payouts appear in one overview. With delays or open payouts you get a message.

The problemIf you look for shipments and payouts in different areas, you overlook delays and discrepancies.

How it works
  1. We read shipping, tracking and finance data.
  2. An overview shows status and payouts.
  3. With discrepancies or delays you get a message.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A shipment has been stuck for [3 days]. You get a message with the details and see at the same time when the next payout is due.

Good to know

What is available depends on the shipping model and the roles of your account.

Common questions
Does this apply to FBA and own shipping?

Both, as far as the interfaces provide the data.

Do I see fees per order?

Yes, if the finance data is approved.

Sample: shipments and payout [invented figures]
Amazon · 23

Amazon Vendor Central automation: orders, delivery notes and invoices

For Amazon vendors, orders, delivery notes and invoices are connected, so nothing has to be typed in by hand.

The problemVendor processes consist of many documents and deadlines. If you maintain them by hand, you make mistakes and lose time.

How it works
  1. Orders are taken over via the interfaces.
  2. Delivery notes and invoices are created from your data.
  3. The status of every order and invoice is visible in one list.
More: example, requirements, questions
Example

A new order arrives, is confirmed, the delivery note is created, the invoice follows. The status is in one list.

Good to know

This applies only to vendor accounts (suppliers), not to normal seller accounts. The scope depends on your contract with Amazon.

Common questions
Who is this for?

For companies that supply directly to Amazon (Vendor).

And as a seller?

Then the other Amazon building blocks on this page are meant for you.

Sample: orders and invoice status [example]

Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Alavija Group is not affiliated with Amazon. The Amazon examples show invented figures. Which data is available depends on the permissions of your account.

How we work

  1. 01Conversation

We listen: what costs you time today? Which channels do you use?

  2. 02Selection

You choose the building blocks. We agree scope, access and schedule.

  3. 03Build and test

We build on your accounts and test together with real examples.

  4. 04Launch and support

It goes live. We support, measure and adjust.

Privacy and security

Before anything runs, we agree with you which data goes through which services, for example for translation, WhatsApp or AI. Customers consent where it is needed and are told when they are writing with an AI. You grant access to your accounts yourself and can withdraw it at any time. We recommend having texts and the privacy policy checked legally.

Questions about automation

What does automation cost?

You find our packages and prices under Prices. What exactly you need we clarify in a personal conversation, because every automation is built to your wishes. You get the price for your project in writing beforehand.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. Many building blocks work with your existing website, your WhatsApp account or your calendar. They work best together with a site from us, because forms and booking then already fit.

How long does the build take?

It depends on the scope: a single building block is ready sooner than a complete system. You get the schedule after the conversation.

Does this work with my WhatsApp?

For automatic messages you need WhatsApp Business. Meta requires an approval with templates and your customers' consent for this. We set it up with you.

Does the AI answer on its own?

Only with what you approve: price lists, opening hours, common questions. For anything else it hands over to you. Customers see that they are writing with an AI.

What if something goes wrong?

You see every automatic message in the history and can step in. Critical steps such as cancellations or prices run only after your approval, if you wish.

Who owns the data and the access?

You do. We set up the services on your accounts and you keep the access.

In which languages does it run?

The site comes in Montenegrin, German and English. The automations themselves also run in other languages, as far as the service supports them.

Service

Which automation takes the most off your plate?
